This website, Winston-Salem Auto Glass, is operated by Impex Auto Glass for its customers in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and nearby towns. This page explains what the site collects and what happens to it.
The quote form
The quote form is Impex Auto Glass’s own online quote form, run for Impex by its quoting service, Omega EDI, and shown on this site in a frame. What you type into it goes to Impex through that service, not through this website. Impex uses it to contact you, quote the job and arrange the work. It is not sold.
Phone calls
The phone number on this site reaches Impex Auto Glass through a call forwarding service, which records that a call was made, the calling number and the time.
Insurance details
If you ask Impex to deal with a glass claim, Impex uses the insurance details you give, such as your insurer, policy number and claim number, only to handle that claim with your insurer.
What the site does not do
- It does not sell what you send.
- It sets no advertising cookies and loads no advertising or tracking scripts.
- Nothing typed into the form is passed to an advertising or analytics service.
Seeing, correcting or removing your details
To see, correct or remove what you sent through this site, contact Impex Auto Glass through the contact page. Records Impex must keep for a finished job or an insurance claim may be kept as long as that requires.
This policy may change; the version on this page is the current one.
Chip or crack?
Send the quote form or call, and Impex Auto Glass will set a time for your glass.
