Winston-Salem Auto Glass is a website of Impex Auto Glass, which runs it for drivers in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and the towns nearby. Calls and quote requests from this site go to Impex Auto Glass. By using the site you accept these terms.
General information
The pages here explain auto glass work, North Carolina statutes and how insurance claims usually work. They are general information, not legal or insurance advice. Statutes and insurance terms are described as published when read in October 2026, and they can change. Your policy and your insurer decide what is covered.
Quotes and the work
A quote rests on the vehicle and the damage you describe. The technician confirms at the vehicle whether repair or replacement is right and whether calibration is needed. The work is done by Impex Auto Glass on the terms Impex gives you for that job. A mobile appointment can be moved when the weather or the place does not allow the work to be done properly.
Figures
Times quoted on this site are the times Impex Auto Glass states for typical jobs; your technician gives the time for your vehicle. The rating figure on the About page is for Impex Auto Glass’s Greensboro listing on Google as read in October 2026 and changes over time.
Photographs
Photographs on this site are stock pictures of roads, vehicles and glass. They do not show Impex staff, customers or their vehicles unless a caption says so.
Links
Links to statutes, agencies and other websites are there so you can read the source. Impex Auto Glass does not control those sites. Impex’s main website is impexautoglass.com.
